Paul Avon-Smith - Chair
Paul is the Managing Director/Licensee at MAS Real Estate with a lengthy background in management.
He was appointed to the board to add depth in the areas of Property and Business Development. Becoming chair in 2014 has seen Paul provide leadership, support and advocacy in all aspects of Camelot works.
Jason Parish - Secretary
Jason has over 18 years of experience in public accounting and corporate advisory as well as Non-Profit and financial accounting. He has experience in the Insolvency and Business Turnaround Services (both public and private companies) as well as forensic accounting, business valuation and investigating Accountant and due diligence report preparation and the requirements of ASIC. Jason is also experienced as Company Secretary and Financial Controller of an unlisted public company.

Shelley is a qualified lawyer specifying in wills and estate planning. On the board of directors for the Council of the Aging W. A.
Shelley’s advocacy work for non-for-profits sees her actively community-minded and positively engaged in the support and maintenance of local community projects and development.
George Grundy was born in London in 1971, majored in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Central England, then worked in international programming rights for IMG, a leading global sports and events management company.
Moving to Perth in 1998, George owned and operated a large sign manufacturing company, and continues to operate a successful roadside signage and advertising business. George is an author, whose recent book ‘Death of a Nation’ was published in New York in August 2017.
A Curtin University Media graduate, Emilia’s working focus has been on film-making - a pursuit which has seen her win multiple awards for her short films, which have premiered at prestigious festivals worldwide.
Predominantly working in producing and film production management, Emilia has gone on to work for Curtin University’s publicity department in addition to having worked for a number of Perth’s best and busiest production companies -managing high-end, multi-platform projects such as advertisements, animations, web-series and film and television programs.
While maintaining a passion for creating and developing content, Emilia is currently focused on supporting the next generation of artists and is currently completing her graduate diploma in education.
