Camelot Outdoor Cinema breathes life into the centre during summer with a four and a half month program of films running from December through to mid April. Luna Palace Cinemas program and co-ordinate the season and patrons can generally expect a diverse mix of movies ranging from romantic comedies, drama, foreign and art-house films.
Wood fired pizzas cooked before your eyes and Japanese takeaway is also available over the road. Patrons are welcome to bring their own picnic baskets however there is NO BYO ALCOHOL.
A fully licensed bar also operates and features a large selection of fine wines and beers as well as gourmet cheese platters, tea, coffee, soft drinks, ice-creams, chocolate mousse and confectionary. MosArts enforces that no patrons are allowed to bring their own alcohol (NO BYO) as all monies from the bar support MosArts.
Throughout the season we have special events such as the first Wednesday every month is our "Jazz Night" with world class jazz acts from Perth Jazz Society playing as the sun sinks over the horizon. Oyster-shucking legend Jerry Fraser will be on site shucking fresh oysters, add to that a drink from the bar and live the summer lifestyle the rest of the world is envious of!
Also this year, a new musical treat! "Fairbridge Festival Tasters" will take place on the second Wednesday of each month with a selection of World Music acts who will all be appearing at the festival (Apr 29 - May 1, Pinjarra).Come early for paellaby Simply Paella and world class tunes! The third Wednesday each month we have "Sunset Blues" where you can treat your ears to two great local blues 'n' roots musical acts before the film. Gourmet burgers cooked in the courtyard by resident chef Paul Bardetta Foods will be a tasty accompaniment along with Little Creatures beer, which will be available at an extra special price all night. Each year Camelot is also host to the Flickerfest International Short Film Festival so keep your eyes peeled for that great event.
